Due to recent instances, the Intercultural Centre points out that if an offer to buy an apartment is made and signed, it is binding. If the person making the offer changes his mind, the seller will have some sort of a damage claim on him/her.

Open house will be moved outdoors this summer when the weather is good. We will decide each time what to do exactly but we could for example play games, have a picnic, go to a concert or whatever we feel like doing. Tomorrow, Friday evening, we will choose some outdoor activity if the weather allows us but if not, we will watch a high cultural French movie.
The Open house starts at 20 and we will meet in the Intercultural Centre’s basement, Laugarvegur 37 (entrance from side alley).
